How does Template Training work?
Template training takes a minimum of 5 data sources, such as documents or images, with the layout you want SmartDocumentor Cloud to learn. After uploading those data sources, you point out which fields should SmartDocumentor Cloud look for and extract. After a few minutes training for that task, a template is generated, which your organization can use afterward to process large quantities of data with that layout.
It keeps getting better
Data quality and extraction accuracy improve over time and with the number of documents used to train SmartDocumentor Cloud on your template and processed with that template. The more data SmartDocumentor Cloud uses within the context of the templates created, the higher the confidence rate extracting data from them.

If the confidence rate with which SmartDocumentor Cloud extracts data from your template is high enough, you can turn on automatic approval to let data be automatically extracted instead of having a worker revising everything before integrating it in your system.
